Who we are and what we do:
We are a hometown family clinic providing medical care to the community and surrounding areas of Hallsville Texas. We strive to provide Modern Medicine that Good Old-Fashioned way.
We serve patients aged 2 and above and offer same day appointments, online scheduling, virtual and in person visits for acute illness, routine medical care, annual exams, and minor emergencies.
Rene Halbert, PA-C has been taking care of the people of Hallsville since 1994.

Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, experienced front office associate to complete our team of medical professionals. Our goal is to provide quality medical care in a fun and loving atmosphere so that our patients feel better when they leave than when they came.
Expected starting date -
Office Hours - 8:15am -12:00, 1:30-5:00PM M-F
Job Skills/Duties
Primary job duties include coordinating lab use, acquiring new materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring all safety rules and regulations are met.
Assists in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management,
performs selected clinical and administrative duties to support provider and office operations,
prepares patients for examination and treatment,
prepares exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments,
assists provider in preparing and performing for minor surgeries or physicals,
performs EKG's, sends out lab samples and delivers results to patients,
completes referrals to specialists as needed,
maintains quality control standards (HIPAA/OSHA),
able to administer vaccines and preforms various venipuncture procedures to obtain venous and capillary blood samples for analysis in order to obtain data, which may be used in diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of disease.
As a lab coordinator, you would perform necessary lab testing and manage the operations of our laboratory. Primary job duties include coordinating lab use, acquiring new materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring all safety rules and regulations are met.
